Training for a natural life
I provide training to enable you to enjoy a healthy and fulfilling life with and in nature.
This includes both life and survival training outdoors with few or no aids and also healthy, natural building, living and gardening. I can also advise you about a largely self-sufficient life and coach you in ecological housekeeping, a raw food diet and physical training. In addition, I can introduce you to the practice of natural learning and even teach your children using this method if appropriate.
To lead a largely natural life you need not necessarily do without technical achievements such as
telephone, internet and computer. It is actually possible and often also sensible to integrate modern communication technology harmoniously into a natural life.

Aspects of a natural life
1.Nudism:
a.Move around in nature in the nude as much as possible.
b.Walk barefoot whenever possible – as far as practical without danger. (Only recommended on natural ground, not on asphalt.)
2.Life in nature:
a.Spend as much time as possible in nature, whether in the forest, on the moor or on the beach. You can also work on your computer outdoors, provided you have a notebook with batteries which last long enough.
b.Spending the night in nature can also be a wonderful experience, especially in the forest or near the beach. (Not too near the beach so that you are safe from the rising tide!)
3.Hiking:
a.Hiking is one of the most natural forms of exercise. On the way you should stretch often as this is also a natural primal movement which can give you new energy. Your body is glad to be exercised in this way.
b.You can combine a short sprint or jogging with hiking, provided your joints, especially your knees, can bear the strain.
4.Edibles in nature:
a.Nature provides wild herbs, wild fruits, berries, mushrooms and other things which constitute excellent food. Also leaves from trees and shrubs are mostly edible. Wild plants have a much higher nutritional value than cultivated plants and are therefore the ideal source of food. Thus, the best food is free and fresh from nature.
b.It is recommended to start by eating the edible wild plants you already know. Later you can extend your range at any time.
Coaching for a natural life
How does my coaching take place?
First of all, I will go for long walks with you in the forest, on the beach or somewhere else in nature. We will enjoy eating edible plants and from time to time do stretching exercises, maybe once climb a tree, enjoy the sunshine and if appropriate do yoga and meditate.
As the next step we will spend several days completely in nature with as few aids as possible, meaning we will hike a lot, spend the night outdoors and live completely from nature, i.e. from what it provides us with to eat and drink.
At the beginning we will practice this for only a few days and repeat it again from time to time. The experience we gain will help us to feel increasingly safe and well in the free natural life so that we can extend the periods of a self-sufficient life in nature more and more.
This can then be practiced in various regions of the world so that our flexibility and survival skills will improve more and more.

Natural life in the city?
Is your life rather centred on a city and you have no time or ambition to live in nature? No problem. Even in a city you can do a lot with regard to natural health. I myself have lived for a long time in cities, in particular for more than two decades in Berlin (Germany) but also a short time in London (England), Den Haag (Netherlands), and almost a year in Los Angeles (California). Therefore I can teach you how you can also do a lot for your health on a natural basis even in a city. Natural housing project for you
1.Establishment and care of a natural garden and self-sufficiency system
We live in turbulent times. Financial, monetary and economic crises can simply wipe out your savings from one day to the next. Therefore it is advisable to obtain a functioning self-sufficiency system, i.e. a house with a self-sufficient energy and water supply and drainage as well as a garden which can feed you with fruit, vegetables and wild plants at least. That is not only the best precaution for times of need, but also makes sense in times of economically stable conditions, as you thus have food of high-quality available, which can hardly be said of the normed, often chemically or even genetically modified substitute for food that is foisted on us for a lot of money in the shops.
When building new houses you should pay attention to the following: site, building biology, reduction of harmful substances, reduction of electro-magnetic waves, natural and artificial types of construction, largely self-sufficient water and energy supply and other things.
2.Lifestyle
I can explain you how you can live as naturally as possible in as many life fields as possible. These include:
a.The use of natural cleaning products for the house, dish washing, washing clothes and
personal hygiene.
b.A diet with largely untreated natural food. If you wish, I will introduce you to the practice of a vegetarian raw food diet, in which food such as fruit, vegetables, herbs, nuts etc. should come from your own garden as far a possible. 3.Physical training
Concerning physical training, I can coach you as you wish in the following fields:
a.Various types of sport for training strength, stamina and suppleness, such as fitness exercises, gymnastics with apparatus, jogging, hiking, swimming, power training and others.
b.Hardening off with alternating hot and cold showers, bathing in snow in winter (only possible in cold regions), sauna and other methods.
c.Occasional fasting for physical, mental and emotional cleansing.
A healthy and natural lifestyle is not an end in itself but the foundation for a healthy development of your inner potential.
4.Work

The most important things in life are musing and reflection. All the bustling worldly activities are actually senseless in the end. If they are only done for their own sake, the soul will get lost in them. Self-communion leads to more consciousness and only then gives any sense at all to subsequent action.
