To follow a good coach, or should I say, a good consultant is the key element for anyone who is dreaming of setting out on the way to success. I didn’t realize this until I met Mr. Frank Woeckel, my coach. With his wisdom and compassion, Mr. Woeckel has done an excellent job in leading me to find the right way to become much more successful than I used to be.

I'm originally from China. I'm very much into languages and culture. My job used to have nothing to do with my interests, but it took most of my time and energy, and I saw no hope of finding any alternatives at that time. That made me upset and lacking in motivation. I'd have given up my dream if I hadn’t got to know Mr. Woeckel and  had him as my consultant. He helped me to realize myself and showed me the way to become successful. He developed my potential and encouraged me to set my goal of becoming a translator. He convinced me to look for opportunities to work abroad, which was definitely the right way to enrich my experience of fundamental importance for pursuing my goal. That had been my lost dream a long time before, but I’d never thought that I could take it up again. Mr. Frank Woeckel awakened me. It seemed to me that light flashed into the darkness of my mind. What I followed in his instructions was something deep inside my heart that I really wanted. Mr. Woeckel talked to me hours and hours with angelic patience, which was a great help in improving my English. From him I acquired a wide range of knowledge through his delightful talk, together with noble thoughts in a spiritual respect. He cheered me up with his good sense of humor when I was in the blues, he reminded me to stay positive and pulled me up with his inspiring words when I was little motivated, and comforted me tenderly in my difficult time with his caring manner. He was so sensitive that he could understand my thoughts even before I told him. It was very nice of him to consider my feelings at all times. I thought it was really amazing that he was so energetic and motivated when he was working. 

Mr. Frank Woeckel is German. The German nation has a good reputation among our Chinese people. He has inherited most of the distinctive characteristics of that nation. He is very German in many ways. When speaking of the German character, you might naturally associate it with a strong will and preciseness; Mr. Woeckel has a strong yet gentle character. He is disciplined, well organized, efficient, and a perfectionist in a positive way. He is serious with his work, never satisfied with slack behavior and never makes any compromises with incorrect attitudes; I consider this to be part of his German mentality. He reminded me to start work on time by calling me in the mornings. He made every effort to correct my bad habits. He was strict with me as a coach, but he is mild in nature and he never lost his temper even when I made mistakes and trouble over and over again. He was so patient and gentle with me that he tried to explain things to me in a way to make me feel comfortable while I was realizing my mistakes. I could understand whatever he did, as I knew he did it for my sake. I was a person lacking in self-confidence, careless and insecure, but I found a way to be myself under his instruction. I'm highly motivated and full of energy now because Mr. Woeckel helped me to find my way and take up my long lost dream again, and the way toward self-realization and success, too. I will always be grateful for what he has done to cultivate me. This, I believe, is a real blessing for me. He's the best coach in the world in my eyes.

Helpful health coaching

Mr. Frank Woeckel is my life coach and also my health coach. He has helped me with a lot of different issues, decisions and problems in my life. But I just want to talk about his great support with health-related issues.

Before I met him, I had already had a vegan diet because I am an animal lover and I do not want to kill and eat what I love. But I did not exercise my body at all and I used toxic lotions to wash my body and my clothes. With this careless attitude I harmed myself and the environment.

Mr. Frank Woeckel taught me that there are alternatives out there, great natural lotions that do not harm me and the environment, and it is easy to use them. These little changes can have a great positive impact on my health and, at the same time, on nature. To use natural lotions to wash the body and natural soap for doing the laundry is not so common right now in China, so he encouraged me to do some research on it and to my surprise I was able to find great natural products even here in China.

He also convinced me to exercise regularly, walk in the woods often, take cold showers each day, eat more raw food instead of cooked food, and – whenever possible – to get organically grown food from small farmers or from someone’s garden instead of buying supermarket food, which is usually grown in monocultures and contains a lot of toxins. He also convinced me to avoid second-hand smoking whenever possible because this is one of the most dangerous toxins in our daily life.

And the most amazing thing is that my parents have changed too: I always tried to convince them to start on a vegetarian diet, but especially my father did not want to do it at all over all those years. My mother tried it, but she did not always feel comfortable with it. When I was at home, she even wanted me to go away because it made her so extremely uncomfortable that I was asking her to eat only vegetarian food.

Mr. Woeckel told me I should stop putting pressure on my parents to change their diet. He told me that they are old and it is much harder for old people to change their lifestyle. Instead of putting pressure on my parents, Mr. Woeckel prayed with me each day for protection for me and my family members and that the best would happen for all of us. And after some months of daily prayers the unbelievable change became true: my father told me that he wanted to eat less meat because he realised that this is not good for his health.

Mr. Woeckel gave his advice over the Internet phone and this worked very well. I hope someday he will come to me and show me how to prepare delicious raw food, teach me yoga and give me a massage each day. That would be just like a dream come true.

Mr. Frank Woeckel is an expert in the health-related field and I have been able to experience how much he honestly cares about the health and the environment of all of us. He is not like those lying government officials who just pretend to care about us, but in reality are just looking after themselves. By following the advice from Mr. Frank Woeckel, I have been able to increase my quality of life enormously.

Success report about the coaching work by Mr. Frank Woeckel during the petitioning time from February 04, 2006 to May 07, 2006

Mr. Frank Woeckel did a fantastic job. He was extremely reliable; he even called me every morning to wake me up. He motivated me and put good energy and intention into my work of persuading people to sign my petitions. He inspired me and helped me to push myself to make use of my fullest potential. He motivated me to do my best and work to my fullest capacity. When I had a problem, I normally called him so he could give me emotional support and also advise on what to change, for example my location or interaction with people. I was able to call him at any time, even in the middle of the night. We would also make three-way calls to my "employer" so that Mr. Woeckel could help me make good decisions.

My job was very difficult in that I was constantly being rejected by people and even harassed. Mr. Frank Woeckel helped me to focus on my goal and not give up even despite these unusually difficult circumstances. I fought until the end. I worked about 60 hours a week without any breaks for three months. I stood in the street 8 to 12 hours every day talking to people and sometimes I even worked in the rain. I only made money if people signed my petitions, not for the hours I put in.

I put so much dedication into my work because Mr. Frank Woeckel helped me to focus on my goal and target it. He motivated me to work very hard despite obstacles (rain outside where I was working, people constantly being rude, physical fatigue and so on).

After working so hard for 3 months, I did in fact reach my goal because of my extreme dedication, hard work, vision, resilience and perseverance. A big part of this is due to Mr. Frank Woeckel’s support and commitment in helping me with everything he had. Because of his energy and motivation, I was able to overcome these obstacles, persevere and reach my financial goal. I was not only the best in my company; I did almost twice as well as the second best person in my company. I know that Mr. Frank Woeckel’s support was a big reason for this.

By the end of three months I had made $43,000. Without Mr. Woeckel’s support I hadn’t even earned one tenth of this amount in the whole year. Even more amazing was the fact that I was going to school 11 hours each week while I was working.

Finding the perfect computer for my needs

At the end of 2009 my old computer caused a lot of difficulties, even after I had reinstalled the system completely over and over again, so I decided to buy a new one.

Mr. Frank Woeckel taught me what kind of computer would be the best to buy. He explained everything relevant about the differences between Macintoshes and PCs and also between desktop and notebook computers.

As I need the computer mostly for writing and using the internet and would like to be flexible about where to use it, he recommended that I should buy a notebook because this is portable and can be used everywhere inside and outside. But he warned me not to buy a notebook with a glossy display because it is difficult to work on it if light comes into the workplace. Then the screen is more like a mirror because a glossy display has the tendency to reflect any external light, which can result in an annoying glare. So he recommended buying a notebook with a traditional matt screen.

Also, he asked me where and how I was planning to use the notebook the most: mostly inside on my table at home or often outside and when traveling. This is important to know concerning the weight and the possible working hours of the battery. As I use it mostly at home, the working hours of the battery are not so important, and I can also connect an external monitor, keyboard and mouse to work with the notebook, so the size of the screen in the notebook is not so important either. The screen should just not be too big for me to transport it easily if I need to do so sometimes. But it is important to make sure that it has all the ports I need for my external equipment. Another important thing is the make because there are makes well-known for bad quality and support and makes well-known for much better quality and support.

After Mr. Woeckel had taught me all this and we had figured out what I needed, Mr. Woeckel started to search for a good notebook model that met my needs as perfectly as possible. Everything was well done and I am very happy that I have got an excellent device now.

He gave all of his advice over the Internet phone, and this worked out much better than I expected. Mr. Woeckel’s excellent support made it a lot easier for me to find a suitable notebook.

Mr. Frank Woeckel helped me whenever I had problems with my computer. He taught me how to save my data and keep them secure, how to reinstall the system, how to protect my computer from viruses and much more. He informed me where to get, how to install and how to use great free open-source software like Open Office and others.

All of that was a great help for me and saved me a lot of time and trouble because I did not know everything about these computer-related issues. He also helped me to save a lot of money on international phone calls by explaining to me how to phone over the internet. Mr. Frank Woeckel is helping me to emigrate

After Mr. Frank Woeckel had become my personal coach in 2007 and had analyzed my situation and figured out that I would like to learn more about other cultures and that I love to learn languages (at the moment French and English), he asked me what I would think about living for a while, or even forever, in another country. This would be the most efficient way to get used to another culture and also to learn another language.

We did a lot of research on different countries to find the most suitable place for me. We looked at the environmental aspects, the way the society works, at business opportunities and tax-related regulations, at the procedure to get a visa, the mentality of the people in these countries and much more. It was really interesting to gain so much knowledge about different countries all around the world.

I decided to apply for emigration to Canada. They speak English and French there so it would be good for practising the two languages I am learning now. I could also earn much more money for doing the same work I am doing now in China. Mr. Woeckel recommended that I go to a reliable emigration lawyer to ensure that all the paperwork is filled out and  processed perfectly.

Before Mr. Woeckel became my life coach and later also my emigration coach, I had not really thought about emigrating to another country because I had thought I was not qualified enough for emigration. But my emigration lawyer confirmed that I have a real chance to get the visa. My application is still being processed right now, but in the meantime Mr. Woeckel has found even more attractive countries for me to emigrate to. So I have various good choices and can be more flexible and feel free to go wherever I want to.

It is always a pleasure to talk to Mr. Frank Woeckel and hear all his great teachings and opinions. Success report about the coaching/teaching work by Mr. Frank Woeckel

during the years 2007 to 2009

In March 2009 I received the reward “Top student of the academic year 2009 of the Institute of Online Education, Beijing Foreign Studies University". I was very happy about this and I want to give my sincere thanks to Mr. Frank Woeckel because I owe my success to his support. In August 2009 I had another exam and I was at the top of my English class.

More than two years ago Mr. Frank Woeckel became my life coach and personal teacher. He suggested that I improve my English in order to advance my career path, to gain useful communication skills, to immerse myself in a wide range of world cultures and to be able to use the internet to its full extent.  This could help me to live in an English-speaking country as well.

He recommended improving my English especially through listening to English Internet radio stations, reading and writing in English, and, above all, he talked  to me in English very often, so I had a great opportunity to practice my spoken English. After some weeks of his support, I decided to start studying English  online.

Mr. Woeckel helped me a lot with my studies. However, I am not going to talk about how he helped me with my spoken English, which he did, even though he is not a native English speaker. I just want to talk about his way of teaching. He told me that everyone has special talents, and very often people do not develop them because they are not encouraged to do so in schools and universities.

Once I got a really bad grade in a writing assignment at my Online School and I did not know why. I was too discouraged to ask the teacher because in similar situations he never gave me a useful answer. He just acted arrogantly and looked down on me because he was a doctor and he was acting as if this made him a better person and I did not know how to solve this problem. During this difficult time it was Mr. Frank Woeckel who motivated me and helped me to get through my crises of confidence. Thank goodness Mr. Woeckel is still a human being with compassion and respect for others and not a conceited doctor. He was patient with me when I made mistakes over and over again and when I did not make any progress in a really long time. When I look back, I believe that I could never have had this success without his support. I even think that I would have given up completely. If an online school is hiring tutors, they should be like him. They should not only have the advantage of knowledge, but, in addition, should be able to teach and encourage the students effectively.

Before Mr. Frank Woeckel became my life coach and personal teacher, I was not confident at all because I rarely got any encouragement like his during my life neither from schools nor from my parents. My mum even discouraged me from continuing my studies when I was a teenager because she didn’t think that I was intelligent enough to succeed in higher education. I almost gave up any hope of improving my education. But Mr. Frank Woeckel lit the hope in my heart and he made me trust in my ability to succeed.

However, it is still unbelievable that I could manage to succeed as a part-time learner at the age of 37. I usually had to work 50 hours a week as an employee in my company. Therefore, I could only learn after work at night and at the weekends.

I would never have imagined that I could make it. As a matter of fact, I almost gave up the courses because I did not feel I was making any progress. Mr. Frank Woeckel encouraged me over and over again to believe in myself.

My success didn’t come at once. I had many difficulties and hard times during my studies. I felt as if I wasn’t making any progress for a long time. During the first year I got very bad grades for the assignments and critical comments from my tutors. Moreover, I failed over and over again in the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exams, which both Mr. Frank Woeckel and I put plenty of energy and attention into. Whenever I failed in my exams, I felt especially sorry for Mr. Woeckel because I knew that he was eager to hear good news from me and I did not want to disappoint him. However, he never showed his disappointment; on the contrary, he kept comforting me and encouraged me to continue and not to give up. It is amazing that Mr. Frank Woeckel has been able to give all his advice just over the Internet phone. This has worked out excellently in all these years.

I have to admit that Mr. Frank Woeckel is a born teacher – a teacher who can awaken one's inner abilities and develop them.

Mr. Frank Woeckel has been a tremendous support for me in my school curriculum in Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs). He motivated me to study and also prayed for me so that I was able to pass my exams. I was the highest achiever in my exams. I obtained the highest grade in my graduation exam and I also passed 7 other major comprehensive exams at my first try within a 5-month period. All of these exams had a very low pass rate, two of them only 40 percent. No-one else in my Master’s program was successful at passing all of these exams in this short time period at their first try. I worked very hard but Mr. Woeckel was definitely an important factor in pushing me to do my best and helping me to stay focused and be self-disciplined. Excellent teachings about German culture, internet and more

As a Chinese woman I am proud to have an excellent German teacher by my side. He has taught me a lot about old German culture, the great German writers like Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Friedrich Schiller, Friedrich Hölderlin and others, also about German philosophers like Immanuel Kant and last but not least about the great German musicians like Johann Sebastian Bach and Ludwig van Beethoven.

He has told me where to find many special websites and films on the internet related to issues I am interested in like health, vegan diet, animal protection, culture and alternative news (this means news that is usually not to be found in the mainstream media).

I should not forget to mention that he recommended excellent Internet radio stations with great music and special talk radio stations to me. It is very useful for me to improve my English by listening to English talk radio stations. In this way I can even get used to different varieties of English like American or British English. All the important things I have learned from listening to these very special radio stations Mr. Frank Woeckel recommended to me were even more amazing. If you know these special media, you can forget about all the stupid mass media and the nonsense they are telling us.

Mr. Frank Woeckel has a wide range of knowledge and experience in so many different fields and knows how to lead people in a good direction. His many great ideas have inspired and helped me a lot in my daily life. I strongly recommend him as a teacher for anybody who would like to get support with daily issues and who is into culture, a healthy lifestyle, political awakening and awareness for a better life for all the creatures on the planet earth. Mr. Frank Woeckel helped me to start with my animal protection campaign

In February 2009 I learnt through the news reports about the appalling treatment of cats in my city. Thousands of cats were stolen and shipped from cities all around China to my city where they were sold and killed for food and fur in an extremely cruel way. My heart broke because I am a huge fan of cats and an animal lover.

In my childhood I saw a cat in a cage in a restaurant. It touched my heart how this cat was looking at me as if it was pleading for my help, but I was not able to rescue this defenseless animal. I asked a worker in this restaurant to give this cat to me, but he did not do so. I could never forget this and deep in my heart I desired to be able to rescue these lovely animals one day.

I just never found the courage to do so until much later when I found my life coach, Mr. Frank Woeckel. With his strong and patient coaching he made me trust in myself and in my ability and power to do something really great in my life. He gave me the strength to make a real and positive change - first in myself and then by going out into the world, I was able to help others too.

Nobody else was able to awaken, encourage and strengthen me before, not my teachers in school, not my parents and not my famous spiritual teacher. If all these teachers in school with university degrees were not able to teach me the really important things in life and develop my potential, why then do they get paid by the taxpayers for not doing anything useful? On the other hand, highly talented people like Mr. Frank Woeckel do not get any support from any government! Why do we have to pay taxes then? Just for stupid and evil government officials who suppress and brainwash us instead of serving us? Serving us and paying the really good people well for their advice should be the business of the government instead of giving our hard earned money - that they took forceably and unjustifiably away from us through so-called “taxes” - to useless parasites or even criminals, working for the governments all around the world.

Anyway, I decided to take part in the movement against cruelty to animals. This movement is a real challenge in my country, where a large population is ignorant about animal protection. Supporters of anti-cruelty movements are very often ignored, laughed at or even insulted by many people.

I asked Mr. Frank Woeckel for his help to start a campaign to rescue cats. Mr. Woeckel gave me much more support than I could ever have expected. He not only stood by my side and encouraged me to go ahead with my campaign, but he also taught me how to carry on a successful campaign. He told me that I should focus on something that is really efficient. He shared with me what he had learnt from his Campaign for Nonsmokers’ Rights, from which he had gained plenty of valuable knowledge and experience. He reminded me to focus on my goal and not to be distracted and waste my time and energy. He recommended that I should always keep the purpose in my mind: happy cats living in peace and with pleasure together with their human beings. This made me feel better because instead of always having the animals’ suffering in mind, this positive outlook helped to give me the right attitude I needed for carrying on this campaign.

When I felt depressed and sad, Mr. Woeckel accompanied me and prayed with me. His support was always the most important source of strength and courage in my endeavor. I can hardly imagine how I could have faced depressing moments and continued with my campaign without Mr. Frank Woeckel’s strong support.

Mr. Frank Woeckel’s dedication as a devoted pioneer for a smoke-free world

Mr. Frank Woeckel has been committed to his Campaign for Nonsmokers’ Rights since 1990. Tobacco is becoming one of the largest single causes of deaths worldwide and affects nearly every organ of the body, people and society. Creating a smoke-free world is an essential need to protect non-smokers and the environment and to promote physical, mental and social health for people throughout the world.

As a pioneer fighting for a better world, Mr. Frank Woeckel has made lots of tremendous sacrifices during his long-running campaign, with his deep concern about the environment and his great affection for people. He has devoted all his intellectual ability, time and energy to the campaign. Even more, as it involves non-profitable activities without any income or support in return, he has actually spent his own money for the campaign. He has really had hard work under unbearable pressures, but Mr. Woeckel is not the kind to give up a fight.

Mr. Frank Woeckel is more than a good campaigner. In the mass media, the whole nation has witnessed his passionate and persuasive power through his eloquent and convincing speeches. In all his actions and speeches, everyone can sense his deep feeling of justice, integrity and responsibility for people and society. Mr. Woeckel’s campaign has a big influence among people in his country. His fame inevitably led him into dangerous situations from time to time. He was threatened with a lot of trouble from smokers and the government. Many people were mean to him and discriminated against him because of their misunderstanding and cowardice. There were some occasions when smokers terrorized him and attacked him with violence; once an insolent policewoman tried to intimidate him and a policeman who was addicted to smoking even tortured him physically. He is so dedicated to his cause that he bravely faced various dangerous situations regardless of his own security.

There have been many incredible stories during the course of his remarkable campaign; all of them testify to the hard work and dedication of a mighty hero who makes great sacrifices to make the world a better place to live. Here is one of the impressive stories about Mr. Woeckel’s hard fight for a smoke-free neighbourhood community: Mr. Woeckel used to have a smoking neighbour, who made the neighbourhood into a polluted area, and the neighbours suffered a lot from the second-hand smoking. It was proved by a scientist who carried out measurements in Mr. Woeckel’s apartment that the smoking had badly poisoned the surrounding air and also damaged Mr. Woeckel’s health. Mr. Woeckel talked about it in the mass media. He protested that the neighbour should stop smoking or move out. If he won the case, it would be a striking example to encourage people to make use of their legal right to protect themselves from the damage of second-hand smoke and to maintain a healthy community.

The smoking neighbour was annoyed and took Mr. Woeckel to court. The court didn’t vindicate his just right and even did a lot of things to persecute him in order to stop his campaign. The district court in Berlin (Amtsgericht Tempelhof-Kreuzberg) made a crazy decision that he would be charged up to DM 500,000 (€ 250,000) each time if he still talked about this second-hand smoke issue in the mass media, or he would have to go to the prison. Mr. Woeckel was shocked by this ridiculous ruling, but he didn’t give in. It was a lengthy procedure. He took great pains to stick to his goal, and he even asked a scientist to prove the contamination from the second-hand smoke entering his apartment. After making measurements this scientist came to the conclusion that Mr. Woeckel’s apartment was highly polluted by the neighbour’s tobacco smoke entering his apartment and everybody who lived in that apartment would suffer damage to their health.

He went all the way to the higher court and asked for the unjust decision to be revoked. In court he argued strongly on just grounds and declared that he wouldn’t accept the penalties and he wouldn’t stop his campaign either. He questioned the fairness of the judgment, which was absolutely unreasonable because he was to be sent to prison just because he asked for protection of his own health. He stated such a situation should not occur in Germany. The high court (Landgericht Berlin) was surprised at his exceptional courage. They revoked the judgment of the lower court and ruled that Mr. Woeckel had a right to speak about his non-smoking campaign in public.

Mr. Woeckel’s campaign has been full of such hardship and torturous moments all the time; it’s hard to imagine how he has got through all the pain and suffering single-handed for such a long time and yet his dedication to the cause has remained unchanged. He is a tireless champion in tackling all the difficulties with his energetic power and his persistence.

I‘m astonished by his absolutely selfless action, as I know that everything he does has nothing to do with his own benefit, but shows his love and compassion for others. I have the highest respect for him and his noble work. Although he seldom talks about it, I know he is well known throughout Germany for his outstanding work for the campaign.

As we know, the law banning smoking in public places is to come into effect in Germany and other European countries. Although this falls far short of Mr. Woeckel’s goal, much credit has to go to campaigners like Mr. Woeckel for their great contribution and selfless sacrifice. He has already paved the way for others to follow. He has reminded people to be aware of health care and environmental protection; he has inspired us with the idealism to build a better world. His ideal of a smoke-free world is sure to become true.    

Being a gentleman with a pure heart and noble thinking, he takes his work seriously as his mission in life rather than just a job, and he gives all that he has to strive for success. He is a rare good example to us in the reality of society, and he deserves honour and respect from all of us.
