In the following I will focus mainly on presenting the business-related aspects. As successful business work can, of course, not be isolated from the person doing it, I will spend a little time on lifestyle and a conscious and meaningful organization of the person’s life circumstances. In this, I give recommendations and support you in the implementation process as far as you wish.

Whom is the coaching and mentoring addressed to?

My service is addressed both to firms, established and innovative entrepreneurs, start-ups, and also health-conscious people, homeschoolers and artists.

Companies or institutions which are involved in activities harmful to life, nature and health and which violate basic citizens’ and freedom rights are naturally not entitled to my support. Such include the cigarette industry and dealers in tobacco products, genetic technology, large parts of the pharmaceutical industry and, in particular, the US and German tax authorities. Also excluded from my service are the US Department of Homeland Security and all other state and secret services that act against righteous people with arbitrariness, force and terror.

First of all it is a matter of analysing your professional situation and, on the basis of this, of getting an impression of your possibilities and your strengths and weaknesses. However, experience has taught me that a rigid concept does not help in everyday life. If we proceed together step by step, we can scarcely foresee where our journey will end. New unforeseen chances may unexpectedly emerge and promising projects, which are planned, can unexpectedly fail. Then it is important to adjust to the situation flexibly and to make the best of it. It may also happen that in the course of the coaching something in you develops that before was slumbering unrecognised in yourself and that this is the very thing that causes you to change your entire concept, ideas and goals fundamentally. My task consists of recognizing these changes and responding to them so as to give you the support, encouragement and mentoring that you need and wish on the new path.

Not everyone finds it easy to write stylistically good texts. However, this is necessary from time to time both in normal everyday life and especially in companies. 4.Tax minimization strategies

If you run your business successfully, it may happen that the success you have longed for and which is now at last being realized is immediately destroyed by the greedy tax officials who tax your business profit away into the government coffers. Large concerns can afford an array of tax lawyers who are so well versed in all legal tricks and dodges that they can reduce the tax burden to a minimum. The legislators in many countries in the world have made the tax legislation so complicated and full of clauses exactly for this clientele that a small company has no chance of making use of these legal possibilities to save taxes.      Although this option does not come into question for some people because they feel attached to their home country, there are, on the other hand, many people who want to experience something new, begin something completely new in an entirely different environment and get to know a new language and culture. 6. Asset security

If you have built up a small or even a large fortune, it is important to invest the money well and secure it against attacks as far as possible.

There are many different methods of investing money. These are, among others, land and real estate, precious metals, jewelry, works of art, stamps, shares or savings accounts.

Asset security includes both the aspect of financial investments, which are as independent as possible from political and economic disasters (they can, however, by nature never be absolutely safe), as well as the aspect of protection of privacy from all too covetous snoopers and access by criminal, secret service and other government organizations.

Somebody who possesses a lot may arouse covetousness in people who would like to get a share – in whatever way they can… Therefore, a high degree of discretion is necessary in principle when managing assets. Countries which do not or only insufficiently protect individual privacy are therefore not the best place to keep reserves. Today it often goes so far that particularly state officials not only do not protect their citizens’ privacy but even encroach on it arbitrarily and with actual force.

Therefore, the rule applies that it can be of great advantage for the protection of your privacy to select for your investments a country which respects the right to informal self-determination and also observes the principles of rule of law – which is scarcely to be found anywhere – and reduces data exchange and cooperation with officials in other countries to a minimum.

Do you have children and are you therefore not able to concentrate sufficiently on your business or professional career? No problem! You do not need to push you children off to a crèche, nursery school or school. I can also look after and teach your children in your home. Main focus of my coaching

I also provide my coaching and consulting service to firms and institutions of all kinds. My service also includes training courses and seminars. The main focus of these is as follows:

1.Motivation of staff.

2.Training of staff, in particular concerning a healthy lifestyle.

3.Coaching and mediation in internal disputes, conflicts between staff and management or between employees, also in conflicts with customers.

4.Design or optimization of the working space with regard to reduction of harmful substances, ergonomics, protection against noise, efficient use of work resources, etc.

5.Protection of staff privacy and protection of customer data and company secrets.

6.Restructuring the work process as far as possible to increase the chance of working from home or teleworking for the staff or at least for a part of them.

7.Checking and optimizing data security and data protection

Remarks

From my experience with both firms and institutions, I can give the following summary of my findings:

1. There are often great deficits in data protection and data security. (You can find more details of this on my website www.coach4computing.com.)

2.There is a lack of effective health protection almost everywhere. In particular, the harmful substances inside the premises could be enormously reduced with relatively simple and natural methods, thus considerably reducing staff illness and enormously increasing productivity. Indifference to this most important point is, however, –  apart from some praiseworthy exceptions – so extreme that remaining in a firm or a government office for any length of time for the most part constitutes an enormous health hazard.

3.There must, of course, be a strict ban on smoking on the entire company premises for the purpose of protecting health. Smokers still stink even when they are not smoking, in particular their clothing and the air they exhale. For this reason a firm should, in principle, not hire any smokers, in the interests of both staff and customers.

4.Another perversion is perfume, the use of deodorants, perfumed soap and detergents etc. The company should hold courses to inform the staff in detail about the alternatives, i.e. about natural personal hygiene and care of clothing. I provide seminars and training courses for this purpose as well. Harassment from the scent of perfume is a problem to be taken seriously. Scents have a considerable effect on well-being both in a positive and negative sense. Artificially produced perfumes are mostly enormously toxic, not only when they are applied to the skin but also when inhaled. Furthermore, alone the penetrating, synthetically produced scent is an imposition on fellow humans. 

5.The trade unions are almost always one of the most notorious obstructers of positive changes to protect employees. When I worked in a public sector library in my youth and was exposed against my express will at my workplace to cigarette smoke proven to be highly toxic, not a single trade unionists stood up for my right as an employee to working conditions conducive to health – on the contrary: when I later employed exclusively nonsmokers in my own firm, the publishing house Woeckel Press, and let them work comfortably and independently at their workplace at home, setting their own hours, I was massively attacked by the trade unions for this very thing. With my media contributions for efficient nonsmoker protection at work, the trade union bosses were my strongest opponents, far worse than the official representatives of the cigarette lobby themselves. Therefore, the influence of the trade unions must be drastically suppressed by suitable means in the interest of a harmonious work process and protection of the firms’ employees. I can also help you in this matter.

6.Conflicts between employees are a further problem and hinder harmonious and efficient teamwork. This can not only be prevented by mediation methods, but it is of fundamental importance to create a pleasant working climate in the firm so that the employees can feel well in every respect. Therefore, it is necessary to have a healthy company environment, nicely furnished premises and a working climate of trust, of mutual respect and likewise regard and care for each other. Employees with private problems need a trusted contact person in the firm, whose understanding and support they can rely on. Psychologists, social workers and similar people are, in my view, most unsuitable for this. People with empathy, wisdom and experience of life who are trusted by those concerned are much better qualified. I can also offer you my services in this respect.

Goal of my coaching

It is the goal of my consultation and coaching for businesses and institutions to create a pleasant, healthy, and productive working atmosphere so that both employees and customers feel well, respected and accepted. In this atmosphere the staff can work efficiently and in a creative process develop ideas which are of optimal benefit to both the company and its customers and which enrich and fulfill life in the community.

Success report about the coaching work by Mr. Frank Woeckel during the petitioning time from February 04, 2006 to May 07, 2006

Mr. Frank Woeckel did a fantastic job. He was extremely reliable; he even called me every morning to wake me up. He motivated me and put good energy and intention into my work of persuading people to sign my petitions. He inspired me and helped me to push myself to make use of my fullest potential. He motivated me to do my best and work to my fullest capacity. When I had a problem, I normally called him so he could give me emotional support and also advise on what to change, for example my location or interaction with people. I was able to call him at any time, even in the middle of the night. We would also make three-way calls to my "employer" so that Mr Woeckel could help me make good decisions.

My job was very difficult in that I was constantly being rejected by people and even harassed. Mr Frank Woeckel helped me to focus on my goal and not give up even despite these unusually difficult circumstances. I fought until the end. I worked about 60 hours a week without any breaks for three months. I was standing 8 to 12 hours every day talking to people and sometimes I was even working in the rain. I put so much dedication into my work because Mr. Frank Woeckel helped me to focus on my goal and target it. He motivated me to work very hard despite obstacles (rain outside where I was working, people constantly being rude, physical fatigue and so on).

After working so hard for 3 months, I did in fact reach my goal because of my extreme dedication, hard work, vision, resilience and perseverance. A big part of this is due to Mr. Frank Woeckel’s support and commitment in helping me with everything he had. Because of his energy and motivation, I was able to overcome these obstacles, persevere and reach my financial goal. I was not only the best in my company; I did almost twice as well as the second best person in my company. I know that Mr. Frank Woeckel’s support was a big reason for this.

By the end of three months I had made $43,000. Without Mr. Woeckel’s support I hadn’t even earned one tenth of this in the whole year. Even more amazing was the fact that I was going to school 11 hours each week while I was working.
